Pharma.mt is currently seeking five (5) dedicated and responsible full-time cleaners to join our growing team. As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards in our facilities, we are looking for individuals who take pride in delivering consistently excellent cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of offices, laboratories, and shared areas
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean, orderly, and safe
• Follow health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and protective equipment
• Handle waste disposal in accordance with environmental and clinical guidelines
• Support infection control protocols, particularly in clinical and sterile environments
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the relevant department

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow strict hygiene protocols
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed

Desirable (but not essential):

• Previous experience in a clinical, healthcare, laboratory, or similar environment
• Familiarity with infection control procedures and sterilisation protocols
